Bowles claims prosecutors “withheld bombshell exculpatory evidence that it had a constitutional obligation to disclose and that would have resulted in a fundamentally different trial and likely a different outcome,” according to TMZ, which said it had obtained the documents. Halyna Hutchins was fatally shot with a prop gun by star Alec Baldwin on the set of Rust on Thursday, October 21, and following the news of her passing, it’s clear that she had a positive impact on Hollywood.
