‘RuPaul’s Drag Race Live!’ Celebrates 1,000th Show: ‘It’s on Another Level’
The cast of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race Live!’ exclusively spoke to Us Weekly about why it’s ‘so important’ that the show is still going strong in Las Vegas
According to the show’s current hostess, Ginger Minj(who was honored during the 1,000th performance by receiving a fake slap from RuPaul), there is an art to being inclusive of the audience. The monumental celebration on Saturday also brought out RuPaul himself as well as the top six queens from the current season: Sam Star, Jewels Sparkles, Lexi Love, Onya Nurve, Suzie Toot and Lana Ja’Rae, who might be gracing the stage themselves one day soon. There’s no denying that Las Vegas is jam-packed with things to do, but with some of music’s most talented artists signed to Sin City residencies, there is all the more reason to plan a trip.
