'Rick and Morty' Crew Scores Netflix Series Order for 'The Undervale'

'The Undervale,' created by Matt Roller, counts Dan Harmon among its executive producers.

The streamer has ordered The Undervale from creator and showrunner Matt Roller, a former writer for the Adult Swim mainstay and current co-executive producer of Fox’s Krapopolis. The series centers on a single mother of two kids who runs a haunted hotel with the help of her estranged — and deceased — brother, who thinks the ghosts have some pretty good ideas. “I’m thrilled to be working with Netflix and an amazingly talented cast and crew to bring to life the stories of the dead, the evil and the struggling hospitality workers at the Undervale Hotel,”said Roller.
