‘Return to Silent Hill’ Set for Wide Theatrical Release From Cineverse, Promises to Be a ‘Faithful Adaptation’ of ‘Silent Hill 2’ (EXCLUSIVE)
"Return to Silent Hill," the third film based on the video game series, is set for a theatrical release.
Cineverse announced the acquisition of U.S. rights for “ Return to Silent Hill,” the newest chapter in the film franchise based on Konami’s horror video game series. This installment stars Jeremy Irvine and Hannah Emily Anderson, and is promised to be “a faithful adaptation of the video game ‘Silent Hill 2,'” the company said in a statement. But as he descends deeper into the darkness the secrets he uncovers lead to a horrifying truth, and James finds himself struggling to hold on long enough to save his one true love.”
