‘Red Vs. Blue’ To Wrap Its Final Season With Full-Length Feature Film; Release Date Set
The iconic web series Red vs. Blue is entering its final chapter. The 19th and final season will be released in its entirety as a full-length feature.
Matt Hullum will direct and Burns – who left Rooster Teeth in 2020 – is returning as lead writer for the upcoming final season to bring closure to a narrative spanning over two decades. The film’s synopsis: “When the universe’s greatest villain returns in a terrifying new form, old adversaries, the Reds and Blues of Blood Gulch, will have to set aside their differences to save the galaxy one last time.” Using machinima, the series gained popularity for its witty dialogue and innovative storytelling, attracting a massive fan base for its humor, character development, and community engagement.
