Daniel Diemer has been cast in Season 2 of the Disney+ series as the lovable Cyclops, who is also Percy’s paternal half brother, the son of Poseidon and a nymph. Author and series co-creator Rick Riordan announced the news via a video message at the show’s San Diego Comic-Con panel on Thursday. In a video message of his own, Diemer told the crowd: “I’m thrilled and honored to step into the extraordinary universe of Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
