Filmsharks will shop international rights at the EFM.
The film has already opened in Argentina via Disney’s Star distribution and has cleared the 1.2m ticket mark, currently making it the number-one local-language title this year in Argentinan cinemas. The full plot reads: World Cup FIFA Qatar 2022: Argentina’s Championship coronation in a unique portrait of the biggest celebration in the history of sports through the eyes of fans across the Globe. Also on the Filmsharks slate at the EFM is a 4K restoration of the cult classic thriller Nine Queens(2000), starring Ricardo Darín and Gastón Pauls.
