‘Parasite’ Studio CJ ENM Inks Three-Year Pact With Academy Museum to Spotlight Korean, Asian Cinema
Korean entertainment powerhouse CJ ENM has locked a three-year partnership with the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures to amplify Korean, Asian cinema.
The deal, unveiled as CJ ENM celebrates its 30th anniversary, aims to amplify Korean and Asian filmmakers’ presence in the global film landscape. This exhibition marks a significant milestone as the first museum showcase dedicated to the Oscar-winning director of “ Parasite,” featuring over 100 original items including storyboards, research materials, film posters, concept art, creature designs, props and on-set photographs. The partnership follows an Academy Museum leadership visit to Seoul on March 17, where Amy Homma, director and president of the Academy Museum, and Jenny Galante, chief revenue officer, toured CJ ENM’s facilities including the virtual production Stage at CJ ENM Studio Center in Paju and the four-sided ScreenX theater at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall.
