‘Owning Manhattan’ Renewed for Season 2 at Netflix (EXCLUSIVE)
'Owning Manhattan' has been renewed for a second season at Netflix.
Series executive producers and World of Wonder co-founders Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato said,“We are thrilled with the news that our partners and friends at Netflix are moving forward with a Season 2 of ‘Owning Manhattan.’ Ryan Serhant and the entire cast and production team put their souls into making an unforgettable series that combines compelling business, extraordinary production values and endless heart.” Serhant teased that the cast of realtors will return for Season 2, saying, “Tricia Lee and Jess Markowski’s backstories are a lot. In the first episode of the series, Serhant expressed his goal of building his company into the top brokerage in the world, and he has an ever-expanding army of agents to help him get there.
