‘Outer Banks’ executive producers give insight into where Kiara’s romantic future may lead after JJ died in season 4 finale
Burke and Josh told Cosmopolitan in an interview published Thursday that they are open to Kiara getting cozy with Rafe ( Drew Starkey) next season — but Jonas isn’t exactly on board. While the EPs played coy about what will happen for Kiara next, Bailey told Netflix’s Tudum that JJ’s death was heavy to film and to understand for her character moving forward. The hit Netflix series, which premiered in 2020, introduced viewers to a coastal town in the Outer Banks of North Carolina that’s divided into wealthy and working-class sides.
