Sadie Sink is liberating the wasteland with a guitar and her singing voice in the first trailer for “O’Dessa,” an original rock opera from Searchlight Pictures set to debut on Hulu. In the colorful first look at the musical, Sink’s character is seen both in her farm girl origins and along her journey in a cyberpunk-esque post-apocalyptic city, ruled by the powerful influence of a sort of sadistic entertainment mogul (Murray Bartlett). !’” Sink said about signing on for “O’Dessa,” speaking to Variety for a Power of Young Hollywood cover last August.
