‘Nobody Wants This’ Star Jackie Tohn Reveals Season 2 Filming Start Date: “Feels Like We Haven’t Stopped”
With Season 1 of 'Nobody Wants This' in the awards race, Jackie Tohn is still catching her breath before jumping into Season 2 next month.
In the Erin Foster-created show, Tohn plays Esther Roklov, a well-to-do Jewish wife who ices out her brother-in-law Noah’s ( Adam Brody) new girlfriend Joanne ( Kristen Bell), who is a gentile, remaining loyal to his ex (Emily Arlook), who is also Esther’s best friend. Meanwhile, Esther’s husband Sasha (Timothy Simons) strikes up a flirtation with Joanne’s sister Morgan (Justine Lupe). The series follows the unexpected relationship that blossoms between a young rabbi (Brody) and a sex and dating podcaster (Bell).
