The prequel drama "NCIS: Origins" and the multi-cam comedy "Poppa's House" have both received full season orders at CBS, Variety has learned
The prequel drama “ NCIS: Origins ” and the multi-cam comedy “Poppa’s House” have both received full season orders at CBS, Variety has learned. “’NCIS: Origins’ has added a brilliant new dimension to the NCIS franchise with an origin story of Leroy Jethro Gibbs and a cinematic ’90s experience that features distinct characters, stories and crime solving,” said Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment. Mark Harmon, who played Gibbs in the original “NCIS,” serves as the series’ narrator and executive producer.
