'My Dear Mother', a thriller series from Elisa Estonia & Film.UA, is headed To Mipcom Cannes
Directed by Doris Tääker, who was AD on Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, and written by Raoul Suvi, My Dear Mother is made in the Nordic noir tradition, charting a story that blurs the line between victimhood and manipulation, raising questions about the protagonist’s role in the crime. Film.UA has been collaborating with a broader range of nations of late and has become a crucial go-between for content since the Ukraine War started more than two-and-a-half years ago. Elisa Head Of Content Toomas Ili said: “Together with Estonia’s Zolba Productions, we are honored to have FILM.UA on board bringing this tragic story to life.”
