‘Murder on the Inca Trail,’ and New Seasons of ‘The Palace’ and ‘Recipes for Love and Murder’ Head Global Screen’s Drama Slate at Mipcom (EXCLUSIVE)
Global Screen has unveiled its lineup of drama series that will be launched to buyers at TV market Mipcom, led by ‘Murder on the Inca Trail.'
The show, which is produced by Westside for ARD Degeto/BR, stars Nina Gummich (“Alice,” “Charité”) and Thomas Prenn (“Die Mittagsfrau,” “Deutsches Haus”). At an unprecedented time of crisis and transformation, ballet director Regina Feldmann and a trio of up-and-coming young dancers face personal and professional turmoil as they navigate love, fears and ambitions in a battle to save their theater. Ulrike Schröder, co-head of international sales and acquisitions at Global Screen, commented, “Viewers are always seeking out strong production values and great storylines and we are sure that these three series full of glossy drama and popular varieties of crime narratives will have particular appeal to our clients around the world right now.”
