'Moana 2' trailer introduces younger sister for Disney heroine
'Moana 2' stars Auli'i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson shared a splashy new trailer for the animated sequel at Disney's D23 fan event, and revealed Moana is now a big sister.
The duo teased the highly anticipated animated sequel, which included new footage from Moana's next great odyssey, and revealed that she is now a big sister to the adorable Simea (Khaleesi Lambert-Tsuda) Cravalho said when we meet the Disney heroine again she spends her time searching nearby islands in hopes that there just might be more people beyond the waters she’s sailed. Awhimai Fraser voices mysterious new character Matangi; and Gerald Ramsey plays Moana’s ancestor, Tautai Vasa.
