‘Mo’ First Look Sees Palestinian Refugee Scramble to Escape Mexico as Season 2 Sets January Premiere Date
Netflix announced a premiere date and released first look photos for 'Mo' Season 2.
The series follows Mo Najjar (Amer), an undocumented Palestinian immigrant living in Houston and seeking asylum alongside his mother and brother. Per the official logline, “Season 2 finds Mo stranded across the border and desperate to get back to Houston before his family’s asylum hearing — but as a stateless refugee without a passport, he’s gonna need all the hustle and charm he can muster. Both serve as executive producers alongside director Solvan “Slick” Naim, Harris Danow, Luvh Rakhe and A24’s Ravi Nandan & Hallie Sekoff for A24.
