‘Mid-Century Modern’ Trailer Drops; See Matt Bomer, Nathan Lane & Nathan Lee Graham Audition Housekeeper By Having Him Do Pushups
Hulu has dropped the trailer for the upcoming Mid-Century Modern, the new comedy from Max Mutchnick and David Kohan.
Guest stars include Pamela Adlon, Vanessa Bayer, Kimberly Coles, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Judd Hirsch, Richard Kind, Stephanie Koenig, Billie Lourd, Esther Moon Wu, Jaime Moyer, Cheri Oteri, Rhea Perlman, Zane Phillips and more. Graham recently explained that the series is “not Golden Girls,” but he’s certainly not bothered by comparisons to the beloved 1985-’92 NBC sitcom that starred Bea Arthur, Betty White, Rue McClanahan and Estelle Getty. Hulu quickly gave Mid-Century Modern a series order in August of last year after the James Burrows-directed pilot was filmed in front of a live studio audience.
