‘M3GAN’ Returning to Theaters With Meta’s New Second Screen Tech; Fans Can Interact With Film During Blumhouse Halfway to Halloween (EXCLUSIVE)
'M3GAN' is headed back to theaters, and Meta is launching a second screen experience for fans who attend.
The company is bringing hit movies “ M3GAN,” “Annabelle” and “Ma” back to theaters for one-night-only engagements, expanding Halfway to Halloween to the entire nation after last year’s limited launch. Beyond the chatbot, the screenings are expected to include “sneak peeks, exclusive recorded messages from directors and talent from the films, and surprise special appearances in select markets.” “We are excited to continue our longstanding history of innovation in the theatrical space with our friends at Universal Pictures,” Omar Zayat, group lead entertainment, tech, travel, gaming and auto at Meta, said in a statement.
