This was in Kyoto earlier this year — one week before dropping Sayonara and a few minutes before tasting the best ramen in the world. This is with my brother Manuel Lara and we are making ‘SAYONARA.’ In fact, I think it was “Ramona Flowers” that we were working on at the time.
