After nearly two years since Season 1 ended, Amazon's Tolkein series is back, with one of the biggest baddie of them all
After a vast battle for Middle Earth in the preceding episodes, the finale had a jaw dropping reveal that Sauron had been hiding in plain sight the whole time. Garnering a dust-up between Neil Gaiman and Elon Musk, among many reactions, the eight-episode first season had been watched by over 100 million viewers globally by the last week of 2022, according to Amazon. Fellow EPs on the epic scale multi-season series are Lindsey Weber, Callum Greene, Justin Doble, Jason Cahill, and Gennifer Hutchison, along with co-executive producer and director Charlotte Brändström.
