‘Longlegs’ Director Osgood Perkins Launches Production Banner, Signs First-Look Deal With Neon
'Longlegs' director Osgood Perkins has signed a first-look deal with Neon and launched a new production banner.
Earlier this year, Perkins directed “The Monkey,” an adaptation of a short story by Stephen King, which was another box office hit. “There’s only one Osgood Perkins — fearless, deeply imaginative, relentlessly funny and operating on a frequency that’s all his own,” said Tom Quinn, Neon’s CEO. The first-look deal was negotiated by Neon, CAA, Untitled and Lichter, Grossman, Nichols, Feldman, Rogal, Shikora & Clark on behalf of Perkins.
