After Megyn Kelly threatened to "ruin" Netflix's upcoming 'Little House on the Prairie' reboot if they "woke-ify" it, Melissa Gilbert responded.
After the talking head threatened to “ruin” Netflix ‘s upcoming reboot of the classic 1974-’83 NBC series if the streaming platform dares to “woke-ify” the update, original star Melissa Gilbert reminded Kelly the show was always woke. “Apparently Megyn tweeted (I’m not on that platform) asking that Netflix not ‘woke-ify’ their Little House remake,” wrote Gilbert in a statement on Instagram. Rebecca Sonnenshine ( The Boys, Vampire Diaries, Archive 81) will serve as showrunner and executive producer on what Netflix is describing as a “ reimagining ” of the show based on the book series by Wilder.
