‘Little Brother’ Starring J.K. Simmons Lands September Release From Gravitas Ventures (EXCLUSIVE)

Sheridan O’Donnell’s debut feature "Little Brother," which stars J.K. Simmons, has landed a Sept. 2024 theatrical release from Gravitas Ventures.

Gravitas Ventures has acquired the U.S. and Canadian rights to Sheridan O’Donnell’s debut feature “ Little Brother,” starring Daniel Diemer (“Under the Bridge”), Phillip Ettinger (“First Reformed”), Academy Award winner J.K. Simmons (“Whiplash”) and Polly Draper (“Thirtysomething”). The brothers aren’t just oil and water; they’re fire and gasoline—and they’re both crammed inside a busted-up van for 1,400 miles with nowhere to hide. “I wrote the film to capture their warmth and humor and attempt to understand their mental health journey, all of which I hope deeply connects with viewers,” he said in a statement.
