‘Kane Chronicles’ In Turnaround At Netflix, Book Series Author Confirms
Author Rick Riordan has confirmed that his series "Kane Chronicles' is not going forward on Netflix.
Netflix is no longer going forward with adaptations of the book series Kane Chronicles by Rick Riordan. First announced in September 2020, the planned series used author the books of author Riordan, who is also behind Percy Jackson and the Olympians(currently being adapted into a Disney+ series) and Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard, The Trials of Apollo and Daughter of the Deep. “Right now, Kane Chronicles is in ‘turnaround,’ which means Netflix has decided not to move forward and their option has lapsed after trying for two years to develop a script they liked.
