Now, with the highly-anticipated third season, Sophie is taking the character in a direction we haven't seen before, as Shauna grapples with grief while still trapped in the wilderness. I feel like we get a good sense of Shauna's anger and grief this season from the opening minutes when the girls are playing the game in the woods. But I think what is kind of nice about Shauna and Lottie's relationship is that even though they both come from a different vein, I think they have this somewhat understanding of the wilderness's power.
