‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ Season 17 to Premiere in July With New ‘Abbott Elementary’ Crossover
Season 17 of 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' will premiere on July 9.
The new season from the longest-running live-action comedy series includes a new take on the “Abbott Elementary” crossover, this time from Mac, Charlie, Dennis, Dee and Frank’s perspective. In a clip teasing the new season, the gang volunteers at the fictional Philly elementary school, stealing kids’ brownies and auditioning them for a potential boy band. “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” which celebrates the 20th anniversary since its premiere episode this year, stars Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, Kaitlin Olson and Danny DeVito.
