Just as he did at the Emmys, Justin Marks, Shōgun co-creator, executive producer and showrunner alongside his wife, Rachel Kondo, accepted the top drama award. “To our writers and our directors and our partners at Disney Television, FX and Hulu, all of you guys said yes so many times over the years to show that on paper you should, quite frankly, have never said yes to. This is the fourth time FX has topped the category at the Globes; previous Best Drama Series winners include The Shield, Nip/Tuck and The Americans.
