‘Interior Chinatown’s Chris Pang Signs With Buchwald, Joins Sam Raimi’s ‘Send Help’
Chris Pang has joined Sam Raimi's 'Send Help' at 20th, also taking on new agents at Buchwald.
As we were first to report over the summer, the film is billed as a two-hander set on an island, falling somewhere between Rob Reiner’s Misery and Robert Zemeckis’ Castaway. Since breaking out in Warner Bros’ smash hit Crazy Rich Asians, the actor’s been seen in a string of studio films, including Lionsgate’s comedy Joy Ride from Crazy Rich Asians scribe Adele Lim, Netflix/Universal’s Blade of the 47 Ronin, and Sony’s reboot of the Charlie’s Angels franchise. Also seen on Jason Katims’ critically acclaimed Amazon series As We See It, he continues to be represented by Stride, Active Artists Management, and Jackoway, Austen, Tyerman.
