Suzan Mutesi, 38, used to go on dates whenever she was 'not in the mood to cook' and has been on more than 1,000 in the past eight years - but she still believes in true love

While some family members encourage her to "give up", Suzan remains hopeful, putting as much effort into dating as her career in the bid to find "the one". That same year, she experienced a comical yet unfortunate incident during a romantic picnic in Hyde Park, "The ducks saw the food and came close...he started chasing them and ended up in the water," Suzan laughed. Her own dream is to find true love by 2025, making it her New Year's resolution and vowing to dive into the dating scene with gusto.
