‘I’m Still Here’ Gets More International Release Dates After Oscar Nominations
Sony Pictures Classics announced new Latin American and European release dates.
Newly-announced Latin American and European release dates include: Feb. 6 for Mexico, Chile, Venezuela and Bolivia; Feb. 13, for Colombia; and Feb. 20, where it will play in Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic and Ecuador. Walter Salles’ film, which was selected as Brazil’s official submission for this year’s Oscars and was additionally nominated for best international feature and best actress for Fernanda Torres, has already earned $18.7 million worldwide and is the highest-grossing Brazilian post-pandemic film in the country. The box office includes $1 million domestically from a limited New York and Los Angeles release last month.
