The early 2000s were a time to be alive in the fashion and beauty world: think velour tracksuits, frosted eyeshadow, low-rise jeans, and a lot of fake tan. A common theme of my getting ready for school routine was dousing myself in one of the bestselling scents (so much so that people probably thought I was bathing in it), meaning I always felt like the most glamorous person in the classroom. I've since graduated to, dare I say it, more sophisticated scents such as Jo Malone and Bon Parfumeur — but my love for Y2K pop culture remerged this week when I spotted both of my beloved bottles with huge Amazon Prime Day discounts.
