Transforming her life, Sian now eats a dairy-free "clean" diet, enjoys snacks like celery and baked crisps, hits the gym five times a week, walks up to seven miles daily, and still allows herself the occasional donut treat. Sian's previous diet included a breakfast of sausage rolls, pasta and ready meals for lunch, takeaway pizza or Chinese for dinner, with snacks of cheese or crisps, and heavy drinking five times per week.
