Liverpool Echo reporters Emily Sleight and Nina Crighton have put a range of mascaras to the test in the hopes of finding one that's both budget-friendly and long-lasting. "The Revolution mascara allowed for a fairly messy application with no mishaps, and I certainly appreciated that when rushing to get ready this morning. "The only thing I noticed was that the mascara did run slightly after a few hours of wear, which wasn't a massive issue, but maybe enough to knock it from our number one spot.
