'I tried a light that can help with SAD symptoms and it made a big difference'
As the days get shorter, you might find yourself feeling more tired and less energised – and if you're struggling to feel awake in the mornings, a Lumie light may be the answer
If you're feeling a bit down due to the winter weather, you might be experiencing seasonal affective disorder (SAD), which can cause low moods, lack of energy and increased tiredness. Lumie is well-known for its Bodyclock alarm clocks, which wake you up gently with a gradual sunrise light and also mimic sunsets in the evening. It's also incredibly easy to use (unlike the Lumie Bodyclock Luxe, which I also own; I adore it but there are quite a few different settings to familiarise yourself with) – simply plug it in then adjust your preferred light intensity using the '+' and '-' buttons on the base.
