'I tried a £45 stick-on LED face mask and it got rid of my breakouts in weeks'

If you suffer from acne, an LED blue light face mask might be worth looking into. Here, we put one unusual design to the test - and it's currently reduced by 30%

It's a breeze to use while you're getting on with your evening; it leaves your hands free, it doesn't disrupt your TV viewing like some full-face LED masks can, and it gives a handy beep when it switches off. I'm not saying that it was all down to using this mask – I'd also been taking a fantastic new probiotic and was back on my favourite AG1 drink, which I think also helped – but the results were enough to convince me to keep using this nifty little patch going forward. A couple of things to bear in mind: you'll need to keep buying the sticky strips (or find some other strong-but-skin-safe alternatives), and the change only lasts a few uses.
