'I recreated Starbucks' viral pistachio iced latte at home for under £1'
The Starbucks iced pistachio latte may have come off their menu now, but I found a recipe to recreate it at home – and for less money
If you own a Nespresso machine, you'll want to try the brand's new limited-edition Pistachio Vanilla Flavour Over Ice original and Vertuo pods, which add a sweet, moreish twist to your usual coffee. The first step was to spread a bit of pistachio paste around my Nespresso tumbler; I purchased this one from Waitrose, and it was tough to resist eating it by the spoonful straight from the jar. Next up was plenty of ice and a splash of oat milk (I bulk buy this one from Amazon), but using the Aeroccino to froth up some more.
