The opening night at Oistins Bay Garden is a memorable celebration of Bajan culture, complete with steel bands, dancers, stilt performers, fire breathers and, naturally, mouth-watering food. We even tried our hand at cooking under the guidance of chef Trevon Stoute, learning to prepare local favourites like fried flying fish, delectable macaroni pie and an amazing sweet potato and pineapple salad. Highlights include Harrison's Cave, a natural marvel and filming location for Netflix's Outer Banks series, and a tour of Rihanna's childhood home and her current lavish villa, One Sandy Lane.
