‘Hysteria!’ Canceled By Peacock After One Season
Peacock is not proceeding with a second season of thriller drama Hysteria!. The news comes three and half months after the first season was released.
It is not surprising as the series, starring Julie Bowen and Anna Camp, didn’t manage to make noise like other recent Peacock entries, including T he Day Of the Jackal and Apples Never Fall. But when a bizarre series of murders, kidnappings and reported “supernatural activity” triggers a leather-studded witch hunt, it leads directly back to them. Executive producers include John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein; Chris Bender and Jake Weiner for Good Fear Content.
