Written by Jason Belleville based on a story by him and Winsberg, Home Team is described as a comedy with a big heart and is love letter to father-son relationships. Stonestreet starred as Cameron Tucker on ABC’s Modern Family, earning two Emmy Awards in the Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series category among a slew of accolades for the role.
