The streamer is launching Hollywood Con Queen, which tells the story of a scam that targeted the likes of Kathleen Kennedy, Sherry Lansing, Amy Pascal, Wendi Deng Murdoch and Stacey Snider, on May 8. The scam involved the con artist approaching production staff, claiming to be an executive or senior figure in the industry, to work on a project in Indonesia. The series is based on the reporting of Scott Johnson, who wrote a book – Hollywood Con Queen: The Hunt for an Evil Genius.
