‘Hacks’ Co-Creator Jen Statsky Signs Overall Deal With Warner Bros. Television Group


In a highly competitive situation, Hacks co-creator Jen Statsky has signed an exclusive, multi-year overall deal with Warner Bros. TV Group.

Jen StatskyEthan Lovell Under the pact, Statsky will develop original series through her First Thought Productions banner for all platforms, including Warner Bros. Discovery’s HBO and Max, external streaming services and the U.S. broadcast networks. Statsky co-created, with Lucia Aniello and Paul W. Downs, multiple Emmy-winning Max comedy series Hacks, which has been renewed for a fourth season. Other credits include NBC’s Parks and Recreation, Netflix’s Lady Dynamite, and Prime Video’s Forever.
