‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Casts Piper Perabo in Recurring Role (EXCLUSIVE)
Piper Perabo has joined 'Grey's Anatomy' in a recurring role in Season 21.
Perabo, a Golden Globe nominee whose credits range from “Coyote Ugly” to “Yellowstone,” will play Jenna Gatlin, a fierce mother who will do anything for her 9-year-old daughter Dylan, who is at Grey Sloan for a high-risk brain surgery. … While the interns are excited to transition to second-year residency, an ordinary day at Grey Sloan takes an unexpected turn when a medical emergency unfolds in the operating room, endangering lives inside the hospital.” Perabo’s breakout role was in the 2000 dramedy “Coyote Ugly,” and from there she starred in the Steve Martin-led “Cheaper by the Dozen” movies, as well as Christopher Nolan’s “The Prestige.” More recently, she can be seen on Showtime’s “Penny Dreadful: City of Angels,” Netflix’s “Turn Up Charlie” and the Gerard Butler film “Angel Has Fallen.” She was nominated for a Golden Globe for the USA Network spy drama “Covert Affairs,” and she’s also appeared in “Billions” and “Yellowstone.”
