‘Good Omens’ Final Season Suspends Production Following Neil Gaiman Assault Allegations

Prime Video has halted production on the final season of 'Good Omens' after author Neil Gaiman was accused of sexual assault.

Prime Video has halted production on the final season of “ Good Omens.” The decision comes two months after series creator and showrunner Neil Gaiman was accused of sexual assault by several women. The series, which stars Michael Sheen and David Tennant as a BFF angel-and-demon duo, was shooting its third season in Scotland before the streamer elected to pause the production to consider changes. Originally intended as a limited series, the program’s popularity spurred a greenlight for a second season, based on an idea that Gaiman says he discussed with co-author Pratchett before his death in 2015.
