‘Good Lookin’ Cookin’: Dolly Parton’s New Cookbook Soars to Top of Bestsellers Chart
Dolly Parton has announced her debut cookbook "Good Lookin' Cookin,' now available to pre-order on Amazon where it's already a No. 1 bestseller.
Parton teamed up with her sister Rachel Parton George for the comprehensive book, which features the pair’s top tips for hosting events all year long, including twelve multi-course menus of cherished recipes for New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and more. The more than 80 recipes include American classics such as Country Ham and Biscuits, Barbecue Spare Ribs, Family Favorite Meatloaf, Slaw of Many Colors, Watermelon Fruit Salad, Mac and Cheese and Strawberry Shortcake. On the music front, Parton released her long-promised “rock album,” titled “ Rockstar,” last November, including a 30-song track list with dozens of celebrity guests such as Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr.
