‘Golden Bachelorette’ Preview: Chock and Joan Act ‘Like a Couple’ in Front of Other Men on Group Date

Chock Chapple is going all in with Joan Vassos on The Golden Bachelorette, and he isn’t afraid to act like he’s in a couple with her during group dates.

Chock is diving head first into his journey with Joan after experiencing a tragic loss during episode 4 when he learned that his mother, Jill Cobb, died after a battle with stage 4 cancer. Chock, who enjoyed a lovely one-on-one date with Joan at Disneyland, informed her about the death of his mother and shared that he had to leave to be there for his family. Like Joan, Chock lost a partner when his late fiancée, Katherine “Kathy” Elizabeth White Goree, died from brain cancer in January 2022.
