‘Gladiator’ Returns to London’s Royal Albert Hall for 25th Anniversary – Global Bulletin
'Gladiator' is set to return to London's Royal Albert Hall for a 25th anniversary screening as part of the venue's Films in Concert series.
Scheduled for April 26, 2025, the event will feature the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and Philharmonia Chorus performing Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard ‘s Golden Globe-winning score live. The Films in Concert series, launched in 2009, has featured appearances by industry figures such as directors James Cameron (“Titanic”) and Sam Mendes (“Skyfall”), actors Sigourney Weaver (“Aliens”) and Andy Serkis (“Lord of the Rings”), and composer David Arnold (“Casino Royale”). The sequel to 2012 Bollywood hit action-comedy “Son of Sardar,” starring Ajay Devgn, has begun filming in the U.K. Vijay Kumar Arora is helming the project, which will shoot extensively in the U.K. before moving to India.
