In first place was Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, which landed on Netflix that week, marking its first appearance on streaming since its theatrical release in March. Nielsen anticipates that the Game of Thrones spinoff will see a surge in viewing as the finale interval approaches in the next edition of the company’s report. Meanwhile, Netflix’s Cobra Kai is not likely to sustain high viewership for long, as only the first part of the latest season was released to audiences in July.
