'Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage' Creators Confirm These 'Young Sheldon' Stars Will Appear in the Spinoff

On Saturday, executive producer Chuck Lorre confirmed that the show will welcome several 'Young Sheldon' stars. Here's who to expect.

Executive producers Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro and Steve Holland kept tight-lipped on Saturday when it comes to how and when the trio of integral ladies in Georgie's life will appear in the show, but shared that each will make a big splash in season 1. The show also starred Iain Armitage as the titular character --the younger version of Jim Parsons' lovable theoretical physicist -- as well as Lance Barber as George Cooper Sr. While it's unlikely that Barber, whose character tragically passed away at the end of Young Sheldon -- will cameo in the new show, Lorre told ET that he is leaving the door open for Armitage to appear again as boy-genius.
