‘General Hospital’ Star Tyler Christopher’s Cause of Death Revealed 3 Months After His Tragic Passing

Tyler’s cause of death comes almost three months after he was found unresponsive in his San Diego, CA apartment and died at the age of 50. “Tyler was a truly talented individual that lit up the screen in every scene he performed and relished bringing joy to his loyal fans through his acting,” he said on Instagram. He played the role of Nikolas Cassidine on General Hospital from 1996 until 2016, and won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series in 2016.
